Shipping
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us.
We ship within 2–3 business days of when you place your order via our official carriers: UPS and FedEx (ground, 2nd day and overnight). Shipping rates are published at the time of ordering for the customer to choose the preferred method.
PO BOX: We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
We ship to: U.S.A., Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, Latin America and the Caribbean. Delivery time can take more than 2 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery time can take more than 2 weeks for Latin America and the Caribbean. A UPS or FedEx tracking number will be sent at the time the order is confirmed. Online purchases are not available for pick up at any store.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING DAMAGE CLAIMS WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
Land Cruiser Heaven ships items that are too large for UPS or FedEx by contracting delivery with a freight carrier. We will obtain a freight quote and require customer approval of the freight cost prior to shipping. If the order contains used parts, LCH requires approval of digital photos prior to shipping. Land Cruiser Heaven charges $25.00 to process paperwork for a truck freight shipment. Allow at least 10–14 days for truck freight deliveries.
All products are free on board (FOB) meaning the customer assumes ownership as soon as the item is picked up by the courier.
Return Policy
You can return new, unopened and unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges.
If you are returning merchandise, a 20% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance.
No return shipments will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain this number you must have a copy of your invoice. Contact Land Cruiser Heaven at (240) 347-3827 or info@landcruiserheaven.com.
- Special order or built-to-order items are not returnable (e.g., full replacement FJ40 tubs, leather kits)
- No returns on used or installed parts
- No returns on clearance parts
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid — no C.O.D.s
- Items must be returned in new or unused condition with all original materials
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, issued in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
Damaged Merchandise and Shortages
Damaged merchandise or shortages must be reported to Land Cruiser Heaven immediately upon arrival of shipment. All orders shipped from Land Cruiser Heaven are fully insured.
UPS & FedEx Shipments: If there is visible damage to the box or package, note it on the delivery person’s ledger when you sign for delivery. Check the contents and contact Land Cruiser Heaven immediately if there are damaged or missing parts. Retain all shipping containers and packing material for the shipper’s inspection.
Truck Shipments: Have the truck driver note damage and sign the delivery bill at time of delivery. Call the carrier to report the claim immediately. Retain all copies of the bill of lading and invoice.
